We All Live Lives in Our Own Realities: A Reflector’s Perspective.

It’s evident that each of us perceive life through a unique lens, shaped by our upbringing, experiences, beliefs, and the inherent design of our being. This concept of living within our own realities is especially profound when considered through the lens of Human Design, particularly for Reflectors.

Reflectors; rare in the HD space, are designed to be mirrors to the world around them. They are deeply connected to the larger cosmic program, with each of their centers open, allowing them to take in and reflect the energy of those they

encounter. This unique design makes Reflectors sensitive to their environment, able to reflect back the collective energy, moods, and patterns of those they are surrounded by.

However, this mirroring isn’t a mere passive reflection.

While Reflectors can offer an unbiased view of the energies around them, they are not immune to the influence of their own reality. The very openness that allows them to absorb and reflect the world also leaves them vulnerable to being imprinted by it. This can sometimes lead to Reflectors mirroring through their own reality...coloured by the energies they have absorbed over time.

For Reflectors, the challenge lies in discerning what is truly their own and what is a reflection of the world around them. They may find themselves embodying the emotions, thoughts, and even the identities of others, sometimes losing sight of their own unique essence in the process. The tendency to mirror through their own reality means that what they reflect back to others can sometimes be a blend of external energies and their own internalised experiences.

Understanding this dynamic is crucial for Reflectors. It requires a deep level of self-awareness and regular periods of solitude to cleanse and recalibrate their energies. By doing so, they can return to their role as the true mirrors they are meant to be…reflecting the world with clarity and often free from the distortion of their own imprinted reality.

In embracing this understanding, Reflectors can navigate their lives with greater ease, knowing that while they are designed to reflect the world, they must also honour the reality they carry within.

By finding balance between these two aspects, I believe Reflectors can fulfill their unique role in the cosmic design, offering invaluable insights to those around them while staying true to their own path forward.
