Through gentle embodiment practices and reflective insights, find balance, awaken inner strength, and cultivate a harmonious connection to the divine feminine within.

I've been always interested in mythology, movement and ways we can work with Archetypal energy.
Each God and Goddess has it's own unique teaching, blessing and gift for us.
Moving through the energies of the Human Design Centres and working with the Godheads in different ways has helped me with my own deepest healing and spiritual growth.
It's time now to share this journey with you, and be your GUIDE-ESS!
Our sacred rituals will include
Week 1- Saraswati
Saraswati governs knowledge, creativity, and wisdom. She represents the flow of inspiration and the spark of new ideas, which aligns with the Head Centre's role in receiving inspiration and questions.
Week 2 - Athena
Athena symbolizes intellect, strategic thinking, and mental clarity. The Ajna processes mental awareness and conceptualization, which Athena represents through wisdom, problem-solving, and insight.
Week 3 - HECATE
Hecate is the goddess of magic, transitions, and the crossroads. The Throat Centre’s role is to manifest, create, and speak truth into reality. Hecate’s guidance in making decisions and walking new paths aligns with the Throat Centre’s power of communication and manifestation.
Week 4 - Aphrodite
Aphrodite represents love, beauty, and self-expression. The G Centre governs identity, direction, and self-love, resonating with Aphrodite’s embodiment of connection, self-acceptance, and the essence of who we are.
Week 5 - SEKHMET
Sekhmet is a powerful goddess of strength, healing, and personal will. The Heart Centre deals with ego, personal power, and willpower, and Sekhmet’s energy is aligned with courage, healing, and asserting oneself.
Week 6 - ISIS
Isis is the nurturing goddess of fertility, magic, and healing. The Solar Plexus Centre governs emotions, waves, and emotional clarity. Isis’s deep connection to emotional healing mirrors this centre’s emotional depth.
Week 7 - Brigid
Brigid is the goddess of healing, intuition, and protection. The Spleen Centre is connected to health, instinct, and survival. Brigid’s focus on intuition, healing, and safeguarding resonates with the Spleen’s innate awareness.
Week 8 - DEMETER
Demeter represents the cycles of fertility, creation, and the nurturing of life. The Sacral Centre is the engine of life force energy and work. It aligns with Demeter’s role in the cycle of creation and productivity.
Week 9 - Gaia
Gaia is the embodiment of the Earth, representing grounding, stability, and life force. The Root Centre governs pressure and grounding, and Gaia’s essence aligns with stability, grounding, and nurturing.
