Holistic counselling is for you if you feel powerless in any way, stuck in a cycle of limitations, empty, out of control or inadequate (just to name a few). It's also for you if you feel like you need to heal from something but just can't seem to let go of the pain or come into a space of acceptance. Limitations and the need to heal are unique to each individual.
It might present as a lack of direction, de-motivation, constant drama in interpersonal relationships, clinging or grasping for a sense of meaning in things, your job, or other people. Maybe the same problem keeps re-surfacing over and over again, causing you to feel stuck and frustrated. Maybe you feel consumed by things that have happened in the past.
